INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT ADVISER
We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Support Adviser to work within the Sales Team in Leamington. This is a very busy and demanding role requiring a high level of prioritisation, problem solving and customer service skills. The Sales Support Adviser will be responsible for supporting a field and internal sales team, providing office based contact and completing sales tasks to assist sales staff maximise their time available to progress sales opportunities. The Sales Support Adviser plays a key role in improving the productivity of both internal and external sales staff, by taking responsibility for non-sales related tasks. This role will give the candidate an excellent opportunity to learn about the complete range of products and services that we sell to the Primary market, and a good understanding of many of the different processes and procedures used within NSO.
This position requires the jobholder to demonstrate strong influencing skills to educate our customers to use NSO.com and promote the online sales channel to ensure the Order Intake targets are met. For more complex opportunities, the jobholder will need to qualify the needs of the customer and involve the Internal Account Manager or Field Account Manager accordingly to meet the needs of that customer.
Key responsibilities
- Creating and modifying quotations and proposals.
- Creating and progressing Order Ful-filment Projects (Network Proposals, Leasing and AV Pre site surveys)
- Liasing with other departments (e.g. Order Management, Design team, AV, installations) and Product Managers with pre-order and post order queries and requirements on behalf of field sales, internal sales and customers.
- Managing sales related tasks for leased orders.
- To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of their assigned sales territories (including LEA discounts, key contacts, initiatives, funding).
- To promote the use of our website as the main sales channel for transactional business to achieve Sales Targets.
- To handle inbound sales calls and email enquiries. Where the value / complexity of the enquiry merits it, involving the Internal / Field Account Manager to progress the sale.
- To continually improve customer care and satisfaction ratings, with timely and appropriate responses to customer queries.
- To liaise with Account Managers and Website Development Team on improvement suggestions for the NSoptimum.co.uk website to drive further sales online.
- To promote the online "My Account" facility and register customers for NSO.com.

INTERNAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are currently looking for experienced Internal Account Managers to work for in our Education Sales division. This is a key role, and your time will be split 70 % account management of existing and dormant customers and 3 0% prospecting for new customers, and/or looking for new business opportunities within current clients.

. Carry out pro-active prospecting

TECHNICAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are currently looking for experienced and competent professionals to work for in our Education Sales division. This is a key role, and your time will be split 70 % account management of existing and dormant customers and 30% prospecting for new customers, and/or looking for new business opportunities within current clients.
The role is highly customer focused and requires excellent technical and communication skills to supply Pre-sales & Implementation Technical Consultancy to lead and effect the implementation of multiple large complex computer systems, involving the architectural configuration and delivery of a wide range of equipment, operating systems and applications: both on time and within budget.
The ideal person will be confident, adaptable, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal t o competently present technical solutions and be able to adapt their presentation style to suite the customer audience, individually and collectively. They need to be consistently technically abreast of existing, new and emerging technologies to complement solutions
The role will require a high degree of focus and involvement in long and complex bids that includes engagement with different organisations that do not necessarily have ACT as an expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish business relationships with existing customers, identify their business needs, qualify their IT requirements
- Define, develop, specify and design feasible and achievable ICT solutions that meet the needs of the customer.
- Preparation of quotes, assist with tenders
- Meticulously assess technical documentation in written and pictorial formats and translate into meaningful information that allows a non-technical person to understand the technical solution. This also includes network diagrams depicting topologies at interconnecting WAN and LAN configurations.
- To deliver technical presentations to an audience of all levels, individually and collectively; including in-house presentations as well as formal presentations at external customers and company venues.
- Technically own and manage complete implementations and delivery of solutions to ensure that all outstanding issues and tasks are resolved in a timely manner and, if required, supervise other Implementation Engineers in order to complete the installation and implementation of major computer systems

- A Knowledge of Microsoft Products s both at a client and server level; these include Microsoft Server NT4.0 to Windows Server 2003, Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003, ISA installation & Configuration, Sharepoint & SQL, Network Migration Experience Essential..
- Well versed in Active Directory Design and Configuration.
- Excellent networking knowledge demonstrating experience with Cisco equipment both at LAN and WAN network design levels.
- Familiar with Citrix Client & Presentation Server 3 & 4
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- A current clean valid driving licence.
- Excellent customer facing report writing skills
Desirable
- Either obtained an appropriate qualification in Higher Education (eg a University degree or HND), or should have demonstrated equivalent ability through practical experience in a related area.

SENIOR ICT TECHNICIAN
To deliver excellent technical support and first class customer service support with a high degree of customer satisfaction and timeliness. This role is highly customer focused in an educational environment, and the main drive at all times is to ensure that clients are being regularly visited and that calls are being scheduled and processed in a timely manner. To manage all requests made by customers making sure that requests are progressed to resolution within NSO. To ensure all customers SLA times are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support, 1st and 2nd line customer facing and remote support, being attentive to detail, friendly and reliable with good organisational skills. Can work under pressure to deliver an excellent level of service, with a proven track record within a onsite support environment. Review delivery for self and team against customers' aggressive KPIs.
